80% ar lower finished up

Discuss work on firearms; whether that is making yours from the ground up, milling an 80%, putting together a kit, or fine tuning a trigger job.

my father Inlaw has had this jig for years and i came across a cheap raw lower. Is there anything i should check out or need to know before putting rounds down range? This was my first build and came out pretty good i think lol.

Dry fire it a couple time to make sure the FCG is good. Then load one in a mag and fire. Then two in a mag, and repeat.

I only suggest this as one of my buddies did an AR10 80% and something wasn't right with the FCG and it wanted to run away on him...
