Anybody got a drill press... making Yugo M48/52 sniper

Discuss work on firearms; whether that is making yours from the ground up, milling an 80%, putting together a kit, or fine tuning a trigger job.

Anybody got a drill press... making Yugo M48/52 sniper

I want to mount a Mosin PU scope base onto a M48 Mauser... thus making a M48-52. This PDF details how to do it.
http://www.thamesvalleyguns.co.uk/MauserM48-52.pdf

I could try this the ghetto way with a hand drill, but for this application I need more precision. The PDF mentions what exactly is needed - one screw hole is next to the chamber so shouldn't go all the way in, the other shouldn't go all the way through receiver wall.

I have a base with screws, drill, and tap.

I was hoping a member could help me out... I could pay back in beer and ammo.

Also I'm in Tucson... but could go up to Phx, etc.
