If you're ever looking for Cerakote, Tim over at Alternative Firearm Coatings does a great job. He's located in the Arrowhead Mall area.

Nelson Ford or Frank Glenn, both around 32nd Street/Shea.

I had Nelson Ford work over a couple revolvers. Great work and fun to talk too. He does 1911's too.

Re: Gunsmiths or recommendations chime in
Here's a shop NOT on my to-recommend list: Kilo Guns just south of Deer Valley Airport.
Dropped off an Aero Precision M5 upper, handguard, and Faxon 6.5 CM barrel for assembly and headspace. The goddamned barrel nut came loose because they only used two shims out of the five I provided.
And, no, I didn't get the extra shims back. Anyway, I pulled it out of the safe recently and the nut was loose and the rotation of the handguard was stopped only by the gas tubes. I'd put 70 rounds through it by then. Although function seemed fine and fired cases look A-OK, if they couldn't be bothered to torque the barrel nut properly, I had no faith in their ability to check the headspace.
I have it awaiting pickup at Accuracy Speaks over at Rio. I'll leave space here for a positive review of them. Just in dropping it off and chatting with Sean, the experience was far better.

I feel the same way about Kilo guns.
Had them pin and weld a flash hider and now my barrel looks like they dragged it down the street.
