If it's an RPD, I'd reach out to Jim Fuller at Fuller Phoenix. They mostly just do AK builds, but I see plenty of social media posts where they're messing around with RPD's as well. You can email them at BUILDS@FULLERPHX.COM.

What happened to Rifle Dynamics? Is Jim no longer in Vegas?

He has his own deal in Phoenix now. He's mostly building other people's kits, teaching build classes, and apparently, he's building some of his own original designs.

Ok thanks heard of Fuller. I’ll check out Lee armory as well. Cool I knew there had to be something around
