Have you visited the Weapons Guild? The people there are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

Re: 80% UZI
How is this build holding up? Any issues in the last year and a half?

Re: 80% UZI
I've shot the hell out of it, and its holding up pretty good. Still not 100% reliable, though. Mostly feeding problems. I'm getting near retirement, so I'm selling off about 75% of the collection, and probably the UZI, in the next year or so.

Ok so I want to know a little more... My welding skills are 110% but UZI is about .001%.

Re: 80% UZI
My understanding is that it requires TIG, and the most crucial welds are ones securing the trunion into the receiver because the bolt will be pounding on that trunion, attempting to dislodge it.jdrautoworks wrote: ↑July 8th, 2020, 11:45 pm Ok so I want to know a little more... Anyone know if there is a such thing as a transferrable micro uzi with RR? Or are they only bolt cnversions?

Re: 80% UZI
Don't need no fancy smanchy TIG welder. I used a cheap HF wire feed and it holds together just fine. Fire 9mm +P++P all day.
