Will using a torch cause issues with reusing the barrel?
Idk what idk.
I’ve seen how AK’s are built. I’m fine w being rough on things. Not building a Rolex. I just want to switch to another cartridge and I’ve been reading these barrels can be troublesome

No issue with heat. A swift hit with a dead blow on a action wrench should get it loose. But some of these require extra love. You gonna get a prefit?

Yes. That’s the plan but I want to be able to come back to the factory barrel….or at least at the moment that’s my plan.

I’m on the west side if you need help. I have a decent amount of headspace gauges also
