The plates were from LA Police gear, and a Shellback plate carrier.
She now has a set for whatever the situation calls for, from a level 3 soft, to a level 3A with strike plate, and her new set up.

Just picked up 2 level IV 10x12 ceramic plates and a carrier for the wife, cost about $400 for it all.
The plates were from LA Police gear, and a Shellback plate carrier.
