been using their stuff for decades, great service, had a belt velcro have issues, stopped in yesterday and while i was advised, they no longer do repairs as they used to, the did in fact, make the repair, and again now have a functional belt. great folks and did watch as they were making items for their sales program,
this change in service wont change my attitude towards their products, i'll continue to purchase and use their gear, belts last forever and the service belts are awesome with a holster. a

Sorry to hear they won't do repairs anymore. Dad loved their belts and used them for years. I used their SafePacker holster for CCW back before we got the permit system. Still have them laying around here in the garage somewhere. Their stuff last forever.
