In expanding their testing protocols of body armor, FBI has discovered a particular risk of "skip effect" of projectiles impacting sloped soft body armor draped over ample bosoms, sending the projectile upward into the neck area.

I dont know how they make it through the academy but some of the diversity hires in NYPD were HEIFERS with Tits like melons pushed up to their neck because of body armor. It was gross to see.
