New to area, Retired Firefighter, ready to file CCW paperwork - Need Finger prints taken (2 cards) to send with paperwork. Any suggestions on where to go??

UPS Store does LiveScan. I've used them several times in Prescott Valley.

Prescott Sheriff’s Office, 255 E. Gurley Street – Tuesdays and Thursdays / 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
It's $5 for two cards.

According to the Sheriff website , I have to bring my Own Finger Print cards? Where can I get 2?

I'd give them a call or stop by. If they won't give you a set of cards for your CCW application, I'd be suprised. If not, though, contact DPS. They should provide them with the application form.
Here in Tucson, I was able to pick up the form and cards at my local 2A shop, up there I'm not sure what shops other than Sportsman's Warehouse that run/ran CCW courses, but check with them, too.
As far as I know, individuals can't order forms direct from the FBI.

Update, Ended up going to UPS store, $35 cards, used my CA CCW , my AZ CCW app has been s3bt off.
