Doesn't say he was open carrying but sounds like it was to me. Have to be a bit more aware of people around you!

I didnt know either so I did a quick search. Yes .. Georgia has open carry. Article doesnt make the distinction but I cant see how else the guy was able to snatch it.

Could have been. There was a guy in my local frys recently who just had a glock stuffed appendix in his waistband sans holster or cover garment. Be harder to grab from appendix area I would assume but not much harder if your not paying attention.

Still.. you know the thief is armed now .. the chase might be stupid!!
