Have aliens abducted the court or what. For a second time they ruled in favor of gun owners.

Judge Diarmuid O’Scannlain wrote in his opinion that “for better or for worse, the Second Amendment does protect a right to carry a firearm in public for self-defense.”
Wait. What? The NINTH Circuit? Am I on Candid Camera? Is this a prank?

Well lets see how it gets practiced... like in LA, SF, Portland, Seattle... Gonna be real interesting in the coming months.

Was only 3 judges. Will be reversed en banc.

Yeah, I would say not to get too excited. Just a matter of time till that does not stick.
