I mailed my renewal on Dec. 31, 2021. I’ll let you guys know when it shows up.

Sending mine today.

I called DPS on 3/2/22 to find out if they received my renewal. that I have mailed 12/8/21. My CCW expired 2/4/22. I was told that they are working on October's applications. And that it takes one and a halve days to do one day of applications. What Bullshit.

They will effectively never catch up.

I finally received my renewal in the mail on Thursday 4/14/22 Mailed it on 12/8/21.

A little refresher

I mailed my renewal at the beginning of January and received it last week.

Mailed mine on the 8 of April, they received it the following Monday, got mine in the mail today, so 15 days total time.

I sent a USPS money order and certified it so signature required.

Mailed my renewal on 4/21 received renewal today 4/28

Interesting it shows an issue date when my old one expires so I wonder if it is valid before that date..

I guess I hang on to the old one until then.

Somebody must've got their hand slapped over this.

Mailed mine January 21st.

Still waiting…. Again, I mailed it on December 31, 2021. Called today waited on hold for 20 minutes and was told that they only received it on April 25, 2022 and were waiting on a background check to come back. Then she asked me for my mailing address and said she cleared the background check and the permit would arrive in the next two weeks…. We will see.

Still waiting…. Again, I mailed it on December 31, 2021. I spent the money on certified, got mine in 15 days. Another woman took that advice and got hers back in 8. Kinda hard to tell you they got it some time later when they have to sign for it.

Can somebody help me figure out why dps can make up there own rules. I thought this was a shall issue state. I submitted everything that was asked then was asked to submit paperwork that was direct result of previous paperwork in app can they keep asking for more paperwork. I’m not even sure how to get hell there dps I don’t know why they can’t see what they’re looking for.
