After SCOTUS' recent rendering in BRUEN, there is not currently any way to Constitutionally prosecute someone in that state for carrying concealed.
That will no doubt get remedied shortly. But in the mean time, such cases are being kicked to the curb and dismissed.

In CA it's a misdemeanor to unlicensed carry a gun, but can be a felony for a knives.
