Isn’t there a rule about identifying your target somewhere in there? Second ... The daughter broke up with the loser 1.5 years ago. So he was going to be one of those nuts who wasn't going to stop until he killed her. Speculation .. of course .. but you read enough stories about these losers and there is a pattern.
