Officer describes shotgun as AR15. As in so many cases, perception and reality differ. "The witness did not lie; his brain lied to him."
As we have the luxury of a lot of time to analyze, how many of you think shooting might have been premature, and a step backward might have been a better response?

Supposedly a guy was trying to carjack someone. Guy in the vest stops his truck to intervene. Bad guy decides to steal the truck instead, gets shot at and runs over the Good Samaritan.
