I am curious about this as well. Was a long time member on the old site. I do allot more reading and learning than posting. Took forever before I had access to the classifieds on the old site but did a number of great deals through the classifieds. Since you had to be an active member I think I had more faith that I was dealing with a decent local.

I kept checking the .com site and then happened to do a search and noticed that they had migrated over to a .org

This is a different site than the old AZS. Pretty much the same dudes here though. Good stuff!
