I had the same questions. Did a quick search and it looks like the old board took a dump and has yet to be brought back online. A couple other forums have popped up to fill the void along with this one. This one is being brought back up by the original person who started AZS back in the day but was not the one who was previously managing the old AZS site.
The shame here is all the old data and discussions of the previous board are lost with unknown backups.
