The intent of this board is the same as the original one I set up, which was to have a tight-knit community who 'knew' each other - not random people dropping in to stir a pot or flip guns.

Anyway, those who participate for a reasonable amount of time and will get access. Those who try to game the restrictions deliberately to get access will find their accounts permanently restricted.
