Welcome aboard!!Dave K wrote: ↑October 24th, 2024, 7:51 pm Hi all! Just found this site and am mighty impressed! We've lived in AZ now for 5 years, in the NW corner of Mohave Co, and yes--- we are refuges from the Not-So Golden Cali-Horror State. But fear not--- there isn't a single stitch of anything democRAt in our past! Retired from 30-PLUS years in the construction trades, in one form or another, and we're looking to buy some acreage for our own off-grid fun and private shooting range. Not so much a handgun guy, got a few, but my love (besides my Little Lady) is my rifles, I just love shooting 'em. Looking forward to looking around and getting acquainted. Meanwhile... God Bless America~!!! And God Bless Arizona~!

Re: New forums... welcome!
Hi all, new to the site and was recommended by a friend. Looking forward to all the knowledge here.
I personally have been in AZ about 9 years now but my family moved here around when AZ became a state. We still have the family property down South from around 1915 where we hunt and shoot and get away from town.
I spent about 10 years in the military so have lived all over the country but am glad to have settled into AZ as my permanent home.
I can personally say that AZ is much better than WA, IL, NY and VT. I also prefer it to GA, SC and FL, though those states weren't too bad.
The only state that I liked about the same as AZ was NH...and a big part of that was it's Libertarian nature, no income tax & no sales tax is what I miss most (not the snow).
Thanks in advance, nice to meet you all.
