Moving to Yuma soon (just not soon enough)
Hello everyone,
I will be moving to Yuma from San Diego as soon as humanly possible. Living in California was not my choice, it was that of the U.S. Navy and now I have decided to get back to freedom. I am looking forward to moving to Arizona and to all the comforts it affords, like the ability to get any firearm I can legally own according to the Second Amendment. I look forward to sitting in an air-conditioned home without having to worry if after I pay the electric bill, I will have enough money to eat. Or being able to load a magazine with the number of rounds it was designed to carry. Or not having to drive for 3 hours to get to BLM land for shooting. I have had enough Gavin Newsome and this one-party supersystem destroy the rights to law abiding gun owners for too long and I am finally in a position to make the move, but not totally as I will still be working the weekends in San Diego. I know y'all have seen far too much of Californian move into your state and vote for the same types of people who made them leave California in the first place, but I promise you that I have no intentions of doing that whatsoever.
Thank you and sorry for the rant

I was in a similar situation via the USAF, got put there in '86 at George AFB, got married and stuck around until 2007 when I had enough of the bullshiate. Been living the dream since, and I smile every day like a baby in a barrel fulla titties.
Get your CCW immediately, there's no course to take with a verifiable DD214. It means no background checks when you buy from a dealer any where in the state. It's Constitutional Carry as well, so no CCW required if you're legal to own. AZCDL made that happen here, so join them right away as well.
Have a great, gun carryin, Kenpo day

I'm trying to transfer to Chandler or Gilbert but that will come much later. Besides only working 3 days a week and making more money from when I worked the weekdays is great.

Best thing we ever did was leave that disaster of a state. You'll feel a weight lift off your shoulders when you do.

I feel better already just making the decision, but I just don't know how I am going to feel when the crushing weight of living paycheck to paycheck is finally off my shoulders.

It's a state, GunNut. It's just a failed state, like Somalia.
