25mm M793 legal to own?
I have a friend with a 25mm round. I did a little research...it's technically a training round. Are these legal for us regular folk to own?

Is it legal to own an inert piece of steel? Yes.
You can buy an inert 25mm dummy round on Amazon...

What if it is a live round? (I don't know if it is, but would want to warn them if it is)

Free men don’t ask.
Wise men don’t talk about it legal or not.

Insert it in a launcher, point in a safe direction, pull the trigger. You’ll get your answer. And if it does work, it should be legal because it will have been expended.
