To deal with the bulge you can get one of these, cheapest commercial machine I know of. They are made in Arizona

Or if you only shoot a few thousand a year you can use one of these.

If money is no object get one of these.

I have SS lee press and push the entire case thru the sizing die. Think I paid $50 for the whole set up, if that.

I reload 9MM and .45 ACP and .380 ACP that have been fired from a glock on an almost weekly basis.

I don't do anything special at all to them, just run them through a Lee sizing/decapping die like I do with all other cases and load 'em up.

Never had a problem and I pick up range brass like you wouldn't believe. I even have the R.O.'s shoving other peoples empties down to me.

I run all my 40 range pickups thru a Lee bulge Buster die. My XD has a supported chamber so I only have to do it once.

Done it plenty of times. Just pass it through the sizer and off to the races. I even shoot predominantly lead through it.just pass a brush a few times per few hundred rounds.

Me too....I shoot all range brass and load LOT'S of 9mm. Lee "U" die about $25.00. There are other inexpensive options to resize 9mm .. See video of the Bulge Buster setup that uses the Lee 9x18 seating die

Neither my G19 or my wife's G26- both Gen. 4's- bulge the brass, and I don't pick up other people's discarded brass.

Ive been using Magma Engineering's Casemaster Jr. for years in order to reload 9mm shot from an open-bolt SMG. Brass shot from an open bolt will fail resizing/case gage about 1/15. The Casemaster Jr. allows me to reload ballooned brass up to 3 times - they start failing after 5 loads. Going to get the kit to reload my .308 out of the 1919 - headspacing creates a ballooning effect with this brass as well.

A small base .308 sizing die works miracles on 1919 shot brass.

I've reloaded many rounds of it some myth that it is no good? If you want to see case bulge try a open bolt with fast powder like tight group.
