FWIW, I started using a gallon of distilled water for a final rinse, and a hair dryer to dry my brass after wet tumbling. Don't mind spending a buck a batch, and seems to be working pretty well so far.

Loaded a couple hundred rounds of 9mm today...with a new to me powder.

Used Unique for the first time. Available load data is sketchy at best, but I've got 100 in 115gr and 100 in 147gr.

This is my first go around with 147gr projectiles. If I like the load, I'll do up the rest. I've actually been shooting a little, so I hope primers become available, sooner than later. #smh

I think you'll be happy. Unique is the only powder I've ever used for 9mm. 115gr has functioned well from anywhere between 4.6-5.0 grains, and 147s with 3.7-4.2 grains.

Tumbled a batch of 9mm and a batch of .223 in the garage while cleaning out the work truck. Received Lee 9mm dies yesterday from Midway. I’d been watching for them for a while, they popped up, I bought. My son is having some buddies over tonight for an end-of-school year celebration. Perfect time to be left alone in the reloading room while they have the Xbox cranked up.

I went a little hotter on the 115gr. Data I found said up to 6.3. I loaded mine at 5.4.

I went 3.9 on the 147gr.

If you haven't tried TAC in 308 yet, you're going to like it.

Still no powder and primers to be had in NW part of the state, hit Bruno’s a lot when I lived in the valley, pretty much gauge how the gun industry was doing at the time by the amount of supplies they had in stock. Good on you 1182 for getting your buddy set up.

I hear ya, I know a couple of guys whose wives "won't let them reload in the house" even though they have empty bedrooms in the house, so they do it in the garage.

I do it in a spare bedroom, in air conditioned comfort.

I just cannot stay in the garage long in this heat even to reload, my last house I had the garage air conditioned and really regret not doing it here.
Once my last one moves out, Ill have a room to reload in.....but no money to spend, freaking College is spencive.
