Re: Silencerco summer promotion estimated 7+ months to ship free products
I bought an Octane45 and the end of the July promo month. It got to Chambered in September.
Haven’t heard diddly on the free 22 yet.
Are they still slogged down that anyone knows of?
If I understand this, when I get a serial number on the 22, will it be another 8 months for that wait?

Yep, normal form 4 process once it gets to your dealer. You should have been receiving emails from them; you did register for the promo and get your confirmation email correct?

Waiting here too. Maybe the first one will be out of ATF jail in time to make room for the free one.

Lol, that's my thought too.

Just checking.
Has anyone received the second suppressor yet? I bought my saker from Merchant Firearms last July, still waiting for approval from jail. I called SILENCERCO last month and they still haven't caught up with their backlog.
Thanks
Thom

Second one? My original purchase is still in jail. July for me too. 302 days and counting.

I called ATF today on my first one. They said they are at 9 Months and my original submission got screwed up and resubmitted in January so they said expect October.
My last communication from Silencerco said second one will be about June.

Re: Silencerco summer promotion estimated 7+ months to ship free products
Bought a Hybrid in July, my clock started Oct 4.
Patiently waiting for the free 22 serial number, I decided to call about 3 weeks ago.
First off it feels like they don't even answer the phones anymore. Finally left a message after a couple days of no phone answer. Got a call back and that started a two week chain of emails, as I found out they didn't even have me registered for the promo. They asked for a copy of the receipt three times, in which I wrote back, "I'll re-forward you the email I already sent."
Then they said, sorry you didn't register in time, to which I replied, "no, here's the email I sent, note the timestamp with then promo period. Kick me up another notch, as this answer is unacceptable."
Then I got a form letter which said I am now registered, and I'm still nervous that it was just a generic letter, and nothing has happened on their end.
They dropped a major ball on this one.

Re: Silencerco summer promotion estimated 7+ months to ship free products
Does anyone know a valid reason as to why it takes 30 days to get an SBR approval, and 30 months to get a can approval?

Re: Silencerco summer promotion estimated 7+ months to ship free products
...oh and one other thing, when I click on the phone number link at the bottom, to call them, the clearly written 801 number actually calls an 800 number that's selling some kind of shizz.
They've either been hacked or someone programmed it wrong.
Too bad there's no one to talk to, to tell them of the problem

My free can showed up Friday at the dealer. Got the tracking email this morning.

Awesome! I hope I'm on that list soon.
