anyone know current times from purchased to ownership for a silencer?

It gets longer every day you don't start the process.

8-14 months...maybe. There is no set time.

Going on 9 months so far

I’m planning on a 3 month turn around. I’ll keep you posted.

I know this is kind of a dead thread but this week we have had two regulars of ours get multiple stamps back. One of our regulars got 11 stamps back with wait times from February of 2021 and one of the cans was purchased in September of 2021. Another customer of ours got a stamp back that he waited on for 2 months from us and just told us he got 9 more back from another store that he waited between 3 and 10 months for all of those stamps. Another customer of ours got 6 stamps back in one day and this is all happening this week. I don't know if it's just coincidence or if the ATF is trying to get everything cleared off their desks because of the new E-files.

mine took a year

I had one take a year, anther take 9 months, and 2 more take around 6 months. All filed at different times.

Mine took exactly 8 months

Last one submitted October 30, 2020 received March 21st 2021. I used the silencer shop kiosk with electronic fingerprints and picture.

Mine took 9 months or so, three cans about two years back.

The eForms stuff is spoda be lots quicker.

Just had a form 1 and 4 took 5 months from date check cashed.

If they actually get the wait time down to like 4-5 months I will buy a can. The cost has never been the issue, just a stupid long wait time for the money already paid out. I hope they do get it down, I would like to get a 30 cal can. Just me but I think a 300 Blackout pistol with a can would be about perfect for a home defense gun.
