Does anyone make cans in AZ. It’s seems like Utah and Georgia has that market. But we have quite a few of gun makers. So where are the suppressors

The people who bought Quentin Defense make cans. They have stuff you can look at in the store.

I noticed that the AZ can manufacturers doors aren't open to "walk in" business. Appointment only and they dissuade that to just phone calls. Very guarded operations.

Are they ITAR places. Cause that could explain some of that.

I’m just kinda surprised that we have quite a few big name gun makers in AZ.

But a few nobodies in the suppressor game here. Unless I’m wrong, but there is even a Suppressor manufacture in New Mexico (CGS group) that is more well known than the guys here.

LOL. They aren't running a CIA black site...they just don't want to be bothered constantly. They have work to do, and don't want to be bothered by constant visitors.

You are right. They want to keep riffraff like me from bothering them with stupid questions.
BTW, what is ITAR?

ITAR is that extortion fee they charge us so we don't do too much. You have to pay to register for the ITAR even if your product has no international traffic. Obama was trying to hit even smaller dealers with that $2500 a year fee for things as simple as doing sights or drilling 3rd eyes.

I used to work for a itar manufacture and things where on a strict lock down. No outside visitors, and wasn’t allowed to tell people what we made or show them. I worked in engineering we probably had it the worst with strictness. Most of it was the owner he took things over board. But I know being a itar manufacture there is strictness to different things.
