Is there a Non-NFA under the barrel mounted shotgun out there on the market?

Nope. As soon as you put a "firearm" (shorty shot gun) on a rifle, you just made a short barrel rifle.

No. They are an AOW.

It would need to have at least an 18" barrel to be non-NFA

So, would the shot gun be just a firearm then?
