Anyone “built” a shotgun?

I’m a fan of building, now that parts and online sources have made it easy. Has anyone ever built a shotgun similar to how you can build an AR or Polymer80 Glock?

If you have, worth it?

Not a shotgun, but a couple of black powder guns, a .50 caliber Hawken and a .45 Caliber Derringer.

Closest I’ve done is rebuilt an 870. It would be cool if someone made an 80% receiver though. The days of $200 Wingmasters seems long gone.

I had a saiga12 but sent it to a gunsmith to covert. It was nice when those were available and cheap. They were great for someone looking to build a shotgun.
