I had a chance to handle a Stoeger M3000 and it was very smooth. Anyone have one? Can it handle low brass loads? Thanks.

I had one that I worked over for 3-gun competition.
It runs and runs and handled all the light field loads.
A lot of Benelli parts are interchangeable and the metallurgy is good in all parts of the gun.
The only reason I sold it (to a member here that shoots 3-gun) is I don't compete much anymore but I do miss it sometimes.

Poor Man's Benelli....
My 2000 has always worked with high and low brass.
Benelli bought Stoeger, 'cause their actions are so similar and their parts are made by the same company, so it was cheaper to buy the company than fight them in court (patent issues).
