GForce GF2P Pump shotgun. Any good for the price?

J&G has these pump 12ga's for $150. Awesome price, but leaves me wondering if they are that cheap because they aren't selling due to being unreliable. Anyone have any insight?

Just another Turkish pump, most are very good. I've seen them for less, I think $127 somewhere.

Have a great, gun carryin', Kenpo day

Semi autos, most have quirks and issues. I haven't shot or owned one that didn't like certain ammo, magazine, or a few other issues. I've found most have issues with soft shouldering, much like a weak grip limp wrist on a Glock, shouldering properly sustains the kinetic energy needed to cycle. They make gas rings for different loads in most of these tube fed shotguns, but I've found drilling the gas hole out a fraction does wonders.

Wow, even cheaper! Nice find. The only issue with that is I'd have to pay FFL shipping correct? Where as with J&G I can just drive to them.
I figured its kinda hard to mess up a pump shotgun, but anything is possible.

I thought J&G had a used one around $130. I have no idea of its condition.

That said, wouldn't it be more prudent to spend a few more bucks on a Maverick 88?

I have no idea, that's the whole point of the thread. Ask me about FAL's, I got you. Ask me about shotguns, I will give you a blank stare haha

Yeah, I think I understand. And I hate to sound like I'm spending someone else's money by suggesting to spend more than what's originally being discussed.

Have you factored the cost of fuel for you to make a round trip between Mesa and Prescott, and compared to a purchase more closer to you? A 200+ mile round trip could add up and make those prices something of a consideration. Just mho.

I haven't seen the Gforce pump but, the semi auto is one of the most popular guns our shop has sold and only one complaint so far.. The guy that had a problem was an idiot he actually took the gun apart and cross threaded the barrel into the frame.. Yes it was pretty clear they did not correctly line up. Then blamed the gun for being jammed up... By the way he managed to do it twice...

All the other owners that have been back in the shop like them and often when we sell one their friends come back in to buy one too. For the price point I would give it a thumbs up.
