I run the mini adapter out of my Mossberg Shockwave and like it, had zero issues with reliability and fun to shoot. I think a brace would really help either platform.

I have a Mossberg ,purchased the mini adapter.Ive not had much success with the mini adapter, about every third round flips when cycling a round, leaving every third round with primer side facing chamber.I have to cycle very slowly in order to have every mini round chamber correct.
Good thing i didnt stock on mini rounds... anyone else have better success with the Mini adapter?

Doesn't that change the weapon into a smoothbore pistol? Aren't those limited to under .50 cal? So not legal for the 12 or 20 but ok on the .410?

Clint Smith gives his opinion, which is always entertaining.

About 4 minutes of talking before he gets out onto the range.

SB Tactical has them available and lists them as ATF compliant for 12 and 20 gauge. I've only seen them, but haven't really looked into them at any depth yet.

Does the weapon with a arm brace reduce the recoil.

Seems to me someone is pushing a boundary that might snap back on them. The whole reason this is legal is because it it not a pistol or shotgun. It falls within a VERY narrow legal definition of what it "isn't". Hence the "firearm" designation.

Hey they won in the long run on pistol braces. Might as well try pushing their luck.

Not quite the same thing. There was nothing inherently illegal with a brace (just a disagreement on the usage allowed).

While the Shockwave/Tac14 were created within the confines of a VERY narrow legal definition that doesn't allow any wiggle room.

A SBA3 brace is really a game changer for these. No waiting for a stamp, no 5320 to cross straight lines. Very comfortable to shoot.
