Stoopid question, can S&W Compact use full-size mags?

I have a S&W M&P 2.0 Compact 9mm.
Will it accept and function with magazines made for the full-size M&P?
Asking just in case my shooting is so bad that 15-16 rounds in the gun are not enough.

My 40 compact came with two sleeves so that you can use them to fill the space when using the full size 15 Rd mags.

I bought a couple extra 13 Rd mags but will be picking up a couple 15 rounders. I mean I have the sleeve thingies right.

So ... I am pretty sure if it works for the 40 it should work for the 9.

Yes. Full sized mags will fit and you can use a spacer to fill the gap.

Feelin' dank.

ETA: I bought a full-size mag, took it to the range for a "rehearsal for the revolution," and it ran fine. Thank you for your helpful help.

I have the same pistol and it runs perfect with athe full size mag. I actually prefer running the full size mage in it fits my hand much better.
