Post by kmj831 »

Wanting to add some magazines to the safe for the Shield and probably the 2.0c. Where's the best prices these days? Other than OEM, what brands have you had good luck with? I saw the Promag ones on cheaper than dirt.. anyone use those?

Promag is junk. Use S&W only as they are the best and not very expensive.

Cheaper Than Dirt is even bigger junk. They are not friends of the 2A community. Unless you like paying $99 for a PMag

CDNN Sports has always been reasonable for magazines.
I have purchased quite a few from them over the years.

Some good prices on those sites. 1.0 and 2.0 mags are interchangeable between both pistols, correct?

Mecgar mags are generally pretty good right? Seems they make mags for a lot of the gun companies.

mec-gar are excellent mags. But they dont make any for the Shield or M&P. I've bought Sheild mags from aimsurplus on sale for $15 each and ebay for $20 each

These were mecgar mags for the M&P 2.0c (I'm trying to buy one to compliment my shield) I think they were 17 round mags.
