You don't have to carry it for your every day carry. Hell you don't have to carry it at all. But just what hand gun do you get a kick out of shooting at the range the most??

Still have it & very accurate...

I would never carry it, but the 500 S&W is just neat as hell to shoot. Loud as hell.
I trained with the SR-2 "Veresk"before. Not much just to get familiar with it. Just like the UZI.

1911s

Ruger MKII with the 10 inch barrel.
I have had it for 40 years or more.
I have shot more bullets through it than a pickup could carry and it still shoots good.

1911 - my Springfield TGO-1 is my favorite.

I totally forgot. I had at one time a P7M10 I loved the Sh!t out of.

I've become very fond of my Steyr M9.

For me it has to be the colt 1911A1.

I miss my Browning Hi Power 9 mm, shot like a Cadillac! Was too heavy to carry and eventually sold it...should have kept it in the safe.

Have a ‘44 1911 GI Remington. It’s not in great shape and has some character but I shoot it every July 4th as a tradition.

That’s the only time I shoot it as I have a friend make soft reloads for it but still love it!
