Hello,

Does anyone own one of these? Which model (there are like 50, wtf SIG?)? What are your experiences? How does it function with Federal American Eagle 95gr FMJ and Hornady Critical Defense 90gr FTX?

As always, don't be afraid to post pics ;)

Thanks!

I owned one a while back...great little gun. I didn't have any issues with any FMJ or +P ammo...I actually carried the Hornady Critical Defense 90gr. They make more flavors than Baskin Robbins, but I had the all black model with night sights.

I have two of these, the tribal and the desert, both with night sights. The 6 round flush mag makes the grip to short to hang onto if you have big hands like mine but the 7 round extended mag fits just right.
I have had no issues shooting either one of them.

I have only shot WWB and the Hornady Zombie Max and have no issues with either one.

I have one, the Scorpion, and Mrs. Flash has one, the 2 tone with aftermarket wood type grips.

I reload so that's mainly what we shoot, but I do use Gold Dots for SD and they're flawless.

The only objection I have to these little pocket rockets is that they eject at warp 3 and for a reloader, that's annoying.

Have had one for several years now. It has been very reliable with every round I have tried. I have a CT laser on the front and modified a Hogue rubber grip to accommodate that trigger guard CT laser. Fits my big mitts perfect now. I like it and recommend it.

I have a Scorpion, Mrs Tenring has an Equinox and daughter Tenring has a engraved one. All are very reliable with all kinds of ammo and surprisingly accurate for such a little firearm.

I also have a P938 Equinox that I really like to carry and shoot.

All Black model with factory laser which i don't like (the laser that is) but the gun functions 100%. Don't carry because i prefer my LCP2 and don't like the single action gun in my pocket cocked and locked.

The ex has the rainbow model.
The only ammo that didn't feed reliably was the Lehigh Defense Xtreme Penetrator
A very nice pocket gun that has a good trigger, the slide racks super easy and you can load and unload with the safety on.

well now, the ole gal has taken an interest in this unit, her friend carries one, so, just might be adding one to the stable.

i was leaning towards the M&P380, hmmm, guess i'll have to do some more research, or just buy one of each of the damm things and see where it goes

My mother has one, the Rosewood model in particular. It shoots nice enough, but the trigger pull is not what I would prefer or expect for a single action with a manual safety. Though, I think this might just be her gun as I have shot a 938 that has a much better trigger.

It did not seem to like cheap ammo and would occasionally stovepipe, but I have heard that it is running fine with better ammo.

I bought the basic one for the wife, but I have run more rounds through it than she has. It has shot everything I have stuck in the mag, most of it my own reloads. Planning on getting one for me too . . . .

I have the two tone. Quality build and feeds most anything. I prefer the 7 round mag with the finger pad. I like 1911's and this fills the bill for a mini carry or backup!!

Great firearms. I had 3. Down to the all stainless model heavy and feels great best shooting one of all 3.

The p238 is definitely a solid gun but the P938 is the real answer. Same capacity, same basic size, but you’re getting 9mm ballistics. With the grip being a hair longer it’s totally shootable with a 2 finger grip. I have a P938 SAS and it is as controllable with +p loads as any other subcompact on the market. It’s as easy to shoot as a G26 or 9mm Shield.
