Seeing some different versions of mag adapters for the AR9. Anybody try
anything like the 2 piece Glock adapter from Torkmag ?

That Torkmag thing looks janky. :?

I've got Hahn (branded), Rock River Arms, Spikes Tactical (discontinued), and Brownells magwell adapters. The Brownells blocks are Hahn blocks that come in Brownells packaging and actually say Hahn on them... for $80 less.

The only new thing under the sun is this: Mean Arms Endomag

Check out the video on their site then Google search them, everybody is talking about them. I pre-ordered six. Hopefully I can get rid of all those magwell adapters.

For the record I went with the MLS9 lower for Glock from Rick at MLSArms at 35th ave and Greenway.
Also went with the upper from Frontier with LRBHO feature. Pretty straight forward all the way.
No adapter to fool with at all and for the same basic money. Need another trip to the range to dial it all in.

I have a Torkmag and once installed correct it works just fine in my unit. You just use a guide to remove some of the plastic on your glock mag. Does not change how it works in your glock. I also used it on the larger Korean mags with no issues.

Have an older Hahn block in another unit that works equally as well.

In general the larger glock mags run best on all my firearms if you do not load it to max...one bullet shy seems to do the trick for me.
