DA/SA 9mm

#1

Post by Boriqua »

Dont own a 9mm handgun but have ammo and reloading supplies for it so .. kinda means I need to buy a 9mm.

I prefer Hammer fired to striker. I think I have pretty much landed on a CZ P07. I thought about stretching the budget some to squeeze in a H&K P30 but .. the grip is longer than I want.

So asking the group.. any other hammer fired DA/SA 9mm's I havent thought of yet?

Sig P226/P229

The Legion P226 SAO is my favorite, buts it’s single action only…like a P226 and a 1911 had a love child.

S&W 5906 and variations.
The magazines are still available and relatively inexpensive

If you like the CZ platform but don't want to pay a lot look at the Tanfoglio Witness, all steel and about half the price.

Agree, they make some good stuff. One of the few hammer fired guns I own.

I really like the Grand Powers, Tanfoglios, and Beretta 92 series.

Yep, I have the striker version of the Grand Power, rotating barrel, very accurate.
