I guess I'm a bit lost as to the purpose of that gun? I own a standard GP100 - and I love it for what it is - a 6 shot .357 Magnum revolver. Rock solid, heavy enough to make the .357 cartridge reasonable to shoot - and with light .38 spl rounds it makes a great training tool for new shooters who want to shoot a revolver.

So - a 9mm revolver based on that platform - huh? Is there a revolver specific competition class for which this is intended? I can't think of any other reason to buy an 8 shot revolver in 9mm. Someone educate me? Not saying that there is not a reason - just curious as to what creates a market for this gun.

Curious if it wouldn't be prone to bullet creep like other 9mm revolvers.

Hey Nate , If I remember right the Super GP -100 is not really a GP frame but actually based on a Super Redhawk frame . So it's even bigger than you think.
Funny name wordplay adds to the confusion.

Kinda like Ford naming their electric SUV "Mustang." Some marketing knucklehead got too much power... :-(
