Yet another polymer mag hits the market...

Discuss rifles, carbines, and other long-arms here (AR-15's, AK's, etc...)

Yup. I have a lot of mags, but the magic number is $5. If I found p mags, GI mags, or these for 5 each I would drop $200 in a hart beat.

Because the people that would buy these are the same that keep UTG, Promag, and Tapco in business still.
Remington killed tapco so you don't have to worry about them anymore.

I did two 60 round mag dumps with no problems. The bolt did not remain open though. The package says that the last round bolt hold open may not be consistent in some AR lowers.
Tried one of those and it was a lemon, follower keeps catching on something and fails to keep feeding. If I bang it on something a few times it fixes it. I've regulated it to the "sell in event of a new dem president" bin

Their usa made stuff isnt junk. They just dont really differentiate the 2 clearly.

The mag seems like a partial copy. The follower and spring pressure will tell the story

USGI for me still with magpul follower.

s everyone else has said, there are plenty of other good options out there with GI mags, Magpul, etc. For me to get interested, they would have to bring something new to the party. They cite US PAT. D849178 for this product, so I looked to see what the big innovation was in their design. The patent is for "The ornamental design for a magazine base plate..." so I'm not going to get too excited.

The more players in the game, the cheaper the game is to play.
If I woke up tomorrow and saw another 20 companies were making poly mags, I'd be happy. You'd be picking up windowed G3 PMAGs for under $10 each soon after.
And, since I've seen what large wholesalers pay for the PMAGs in bulk, I have to assume margins are already in the triple digit percentages % on them.
And, heavy competition also drives advancements in technology.
