I have an Sharps 1874 long barrel 45-70. It is by no means a light rifle. Not exactly sure about the weight but holding it steady without a rest takes some effort. The feather trigger is ridiculously touchy. Like a friction of a pound pull touchy. Still fun to shoot.

But in 45-70 it would be light wouldn't it?
