Always wanted a wheel gun/Lever gun in the same caliber…found a Henry Model X in .357 and been having some fun.

Ranger Point Precision has kept my wallet skinny - just need a red dot for my aging eyes.

You know, I'm not a lever gun guy at all, but that, well sh*t, that looks nice.

Have a great, gun carryin', Kenpo day

Just got the ad from CDNN and they have the 3" python. About $1800. if memory serves. They also have the 3" Cobra.

Yep - sorely tempted but decided I may just have to pull the trigger on a Rex mg7 358 first - I hear these Henry’s are an absolute whisper with 158gr 38spl

My vote would be a snub or 3" Chiappa Rhino.

I have owned a bunch of revolvers in a variety of sizes .. this is still my very favorite shooter period. Priced about the same as the Cobra now though and doesnt have the cool factor. Still .. I love this gun.

I did a thing…new wheel gun will have to wait - and ironically so will I
C3C3C07B-7F0F-4B19-AA82-182115883582.jpeg
…at least I’ll have a little time to select which shooter will fit the bill.

That a Ruger Boriqua? Which model is that GP100? That’s on my short list as well!

Chiapa Rhino is intriguing…but if memory serves, not an American made piece…?

No it's Italian. Maybe it can count as a spaghetti western though?

If it has to be American definitely a super blackhawk. To me those are blank canvasses you can really get looking good.

Its a 3" Ruger GP100 and a smoother softer shooter you wont find. Natural pointer. Love that gun. Might I be in the mind to replace it .. The wiley clap versions are intriguing but I am pretty good with my gutter sight even out to 50 yds.

Super Blackhawk is one I hadn’t considered…thank you for another excellent suggestion! Prefer to keep my $ out of China - so an Italian in not out of the question…how’s the trigger in a Chiapa anyway?

50 yards with a 3” revo is damn respectable brother…might need me some practice to come even close to that.

…but with this one tho - maybe

Dig that lever.

I'm on a similar mission, but in 44mag. I've got a blacked out Redhawk and absolutely NEED a model X to match. That is the last gun on my "must own" list...not counting MGs. My co-worker has one he won in a raffle. I've tried just about everything to get him to trade me for it...
