Judge: Why did you do this?

Scheller: A message of accountability was more important than the lawfulness of my behavior. I chose to speak out knowing it is unlawful in an effort to illustrate the hypocrisy of my senior leaders.

coulda been a whole lot worse, but imo, we have one American in the military who gets it
he was way over charged anyway, and was not a confinement complaint, should never have been in the brig

Even better we have two.

The one who spoke out and the one who had to sentence him but used it as an opportunity to spit in the faces of his commanders with the sentence.

I hope he gets rich on the speaking engagements, TV appearances, and the book deal.
Then, when President DeSantis is sworn in, I hope he is made Sec of Defense or Chairman of JCOS, or some other post where he can fire the pricks responsible for the Afghanistan abortion.

Indeed, not even an Art. 15, just an LOR and pay. That's something anyone would get for being late a few times at work.

Have a great, gun carryin', Kenpo day

Yeah, to me this is the Corp agreeing with him.

Well at least he isn’t a hypocrite. He was willing to be accountable for his actions, the same thing he was asking from his superiors.

If I remember correctly, his go fund me or w/e crowd fund he had was at like 2mil so he already got a decent start at getting rich. Which is fine by me.

Sounds like he got off easy, but he did not. Once this black smudge goes on a LT. Col professional advancement is over.
