amazing!!
4.4 seconds in flight! So explain to me what happened with the bullet. It looked like it was burned in profile on the target. Did it hit the ground first? I know he took a couple shots. Did the bullet just completely destruct itself on impact?

According to the data he posted, the round went transonic at 2400y, meaning it was likely unstable for an additional 130y before impact. It’s likely the round hit sideway as a result of passing through the transonic barrier, which causes a good deal of buffeting and instability.

It's because he skipped it in. He only hit 1 for 3 and who knows how many shots weren't in that video.

They are already doing two mile shots for over a year. At that distance you may get lucky and hit the target if you throw enough rounds at it.

looks like the round tumbled somewhere near the target and key holed the hell out of it .
