If you search the AZGF web page, it also says that racoons are one of few species that can legally be hunted at night!

Just sayin I live near skunk creek and while sniffin them many times I have never seen one.
I understand they like the night but middle of the day a big ole whaff floats over the hood.
I do not think it is skunk weed because it has been so often.

These guys are outside my back door right now eating up what's left of the garden. If they are still around January 1st I might have to get an archery tag. A month ago there was a skunk outside that put a little spray on one of my dogs. We had give him a good bath

There was one of those spotted in my neighborhood in Gilbert yesterday. Not much I can do about them in town.

I know they used to be in the orange groves in E Mesa. My grandpa worked irrigating the groves and washed them out of pipes more than once.

This was near 43rd Ave & Greenway a few years ago. Attracted by cat food on a table on the back porch. My bad. Only saw it this one time and put the food away at night after that.
I knew someone who trapped them near Moon Valley and released them in the desert north of Phx where they become coyote food.
