Prescott Valley Toyota Center

Venue looked exactly like the IceHouse at the AZ Fairgrounds, except without those two side-rooms.
Albeit, fresh, clean, and well air-conditioned, LOL. Just an FYI, if you've ever thought about trekkin' up there. :D

I was up there today.

Noted a lot of firearms available, but still at panic level pricing. And we won’t even talk about ammunition prices...

Stopped in at PV Guns after. Noted he had very little stock, but his prices were a bit more realistic (maybe that’s why he had so few firearms in stock).

I’m a capitalist through and through, so I exercised my right to keep my money in my wallet.

Last year I went up with two pistols to sell. Sold both outside before I even went in! It is a clean show.

Walked around and didn't see anything that grabbed me...until I spotted somethingthat looked like a winny 52.
Turns out it was a model 75T. Complete with both front and fully adjustable rear.

Paid all of 550 for it. Good deal for the rifle and 3 magazines.

It was a ok show.

We went by at first around 11:00, and there was a long line. So we went into Prescott had lunch at Gurley Street, and then stopped by at Bucky O’Neill’s. On our way back out we hit the show around 3 (there was no wait). I stopped in at PV Guns after the show.

This weekend again, folks. Nice excuse for a drive and a respite from the heat.

Prescott is always a small venue and is high priced. Better to wait for the phx shows where there are more dealers.

Perhaps true, but the last time I went, I did okay. I gotta a STUPID good deal while waiting in line to get in, and a GOOD deal once inside the show. Plus, there's a handful of other dealers in town to check out, and some good breakfast/lunch venues.

I might be there walking around with a rifle for the fun of it. Have a hammerless SW 38 I'd like to sell for one with a hammer too.

I left thinking it would nice and cool...NOT ! Overcast and drizzling the whole way up.
Humidity was such that the A/C in the area was rendered useless. Talked to several vendors
that froze from behind their tables, positioned just under the ducts. Yet, I feel like it's July in SAvannah 3-feet across the table from them. Did, however, get some sold, and one fair deal.

IF you go tomorrow, dress loosely and comfortably.
