Want to get into this show for free? Volunteer for the AZCDL table for a little while. Spend a morning or afternoon talking guns, signing up new members, etc. and then wander all you like!

Reply or DM me here with any questions.

I got PTO on Friday to go and I’ll most likely go Saturday and Sunday too. Best show of the year hands down.

Went to the show today and loved it. Though there were a lot of unreasonable prices on display, I walked away with some amazing deals

Found me an A.R.M.S. G-3 claw mount for just $200 and an Uzi parts kit for just $250

It pays to go on opening day early.

Have some tables at the show for the first time in 18 years, just trying to clean out the closet.
The only way to sell stuff was to have it severly discounted.

What amazed me the most was how many big time ammo vendors are there.
Used to be the only big one was Miwall.

I think a few guys have gotten into the commercial ammo biz after the ammo availability crises we've all experienced several times over the last 16 years, expecting to strike it rich when the next one hits, and went and spent on having stock on hand in case the Trump election didn't happen. But now, here we are, and gun owners feel safe for now and no panic buying. For some guys who banked on it happening, that is bad news for business and they are over-extended and need to move product ASAP. I was kind of hoping to see that effect on gun stuff in general as a consumer, but I think is still too early a bit. But by summer, we should start to see some cool prices on things. But I think there's going to be some products NOT appear at SHOT SHOW that were schedules to premier, due to that dynamic.

When did they start selling beer at gunshows ?
It figures, since a few months ago my doctor finally talked me into not drinking at all.

2-3 years or so.

Any of the ammo vendors not charging sales tax? Too easy to find better deals online, including free shipping.

Didn't stop and look at any of them.
Just trying to sell stuff and not be tempted to buy more stuff I don't need.

As a side note, in the past I could always count on selling most of my ammo if priced fair.
I'm selling 6 cases of high quality and expensive ammo for calibers I no longer own.
Hardly anyone even looks at it.
Have only sold 2 boxes of high end ammo for half of what they retail for.

Great plan, genius. $12 to park, $21 entry ticket, $12 per cup of shitty beer.

:( :( There was a longstanding dealer that used to get the tables immediately next to the show organizer's table. He was a geezer that wore diabetic socks, and had a huge selection of S&W. "Mostly Honest Paul" has passed-on to that big shooting range in the beyond.....
