CCML Saturday night match 16 Sept. 1800-2200

Oh goody, it's "that" time of the month!  Grab your pistols, sling up your long guns and haul some ammo, it's shootin' time.  Might even be decent weather for a change.

Stages will include the steel 16X24 plates at 25, 50 and 75 yards and Bob's donated silhouette at 100, an El Prez stage and some paper to verify zeros and diagnose problems with.  Usual rifle targets at the berm.

Sign in after 1800, shooting starts after setup and runs until 2200.  $15/head and shoot as much as you want!  Heck of a deal!

Seriously, more people should do this. It is not a "match," because nobody is keeping score and there are no trophies. It's a practice session. They go to a lot of trouble setting up targets, and you just walk up and shoot. You want to practice shooting from concealment? Do it. Want to practice with your tricked out .38 Super? Do it. Want to practice shooting weak hand? Do it. Want to practice with your snubby revolver or your pocket .380 or your Desert Eagle? Do it.

This. The "Do it" part is up to you! We just encourage you, help you, laugh at you (nicely!) and allow you to observe others "doing it." Once a month is barely enough to maintain adequate proficiency. But it is sometimes all we can afford, both time wise and expense wise. Do it!
