Re: S&W 642 Alternative for CCW
Had a P30sk DA/SA....fine firearm, wish I still had it. I tried the LEM trigger at a local shop and the trigger reset seemed very very long, not sure I would consider that. Really like to shoot one with the LEM trigger to try it., really like the P30sk, dam fine firearm. I have the Gray Guns short ...

The age of "adulthood" should be tied to the age of the draft or the age that you can volunteer for military service. If you are trusted enough to patrol the streets of a foreign country you are trusted enough to carry a gun, have a beer or smoke a cigarette.

Re: The state of primer availability - 2023
Just got an "in stock" notice for small and large primers from Midway. $93 before shipping and Hazmat. I paid about the same from Midsouth Shooting recently so the new online price is about $90-$95. Its the most expensive I have seen them for yet and I have been buying sporadically all thr...

The H&K P30Sk is on sale at CDNN. Have to call in for pricing but free shipping and no tax collection. A solid choice if you are looking for something smallish with a bit more round capacity. https://www.cdnnsports.com/firearms.html?manufacturer=HECKLER+%26+KOCH Having said that .. a Glock 19 is...

The more of these things I read the more I come to the side of a friend of mine who only buys on the secondary market (private sales) and always pays in cash. Maybe he has it right?

Re: Is gun control racist
Not really sure I get his connection. I follow that gun control and its use of labeling "dangerous groups or people" as being subject to restrictions can be race based .. I just dont get his connection to the Rahimi case. A group of black people whether they be slaves or freed slaves label...

Re: Fastest draw CCW
In the winter I rarely wear anything more than a sweatshirt up top so its AIWB but all my handguns are DA/SA. I too have some reservations about carrying strikers AIWB. Just makes me a bit nervous. If your into it .. good on you but its not for me. In the summer its almost always a strong side OWB w...

Re: selling the SBR you didn't know you owned
Well, let’s talk about it then. I banned The Accountant after repeated warnings for name calling and personal attacks, this time was the final straw as he had just come back after being banned for a week for doing the exact same thing. Yeah, there are the occasional pissing matches on here, and per...

Re: selling the SBR you didn't know you owned
Bummer that Accountant was banned. His delivery is sometimes off putting but his posts are usually well thought out. I thought it was a discussion board and not an echo chamber. Clyde on the other hand has been calling people names ad nauseam and skates. I think "coward" is a rather slight...
