Re: BREAKING: AR15 shooting at Westgate in Glendale
The majority of his shot were at nothing. Down an empty hallway. At an escalator with no one on it... Yeah, I've been thinking about that. He shot one person in the chest, but he called it quits on the other two after each was shot in the leg. He obviously could have slaughtered that woman on the g...

Re: Westgate liable for victims in their gun-free zone?
The precedent set by the courts is that shooting victims' families are allowed to sue gun manufacturers. By the same logic, you can sue anyone for anything. Where was that decision? There was the dumb one out of NV that allowed a case to proceed because ARs = machine guns, but it wasn't any kind of...

Re: BREAKING: AR15 shooting at Westgate in Glendale
At least one of the guys over on the BQG group on Facebook knows the shooter. I would have merely copied and pasted it here, but before I could, FB took it all down. Supposedly originally from New Mexico. "He's not all there" said the guy who knows him, although hasn't been in contact wit...

Re: BREAKING: AR15 shooting at Westgate in Glendale
The police are reporting that there are only 3 victims known at this time, however, they are going from business to business at Westgate where they have asked people to shelter in place. Hopefully, no one else was hurt. Two people had very minor injuries, and one person was in critical condition.

Re: BREAKING: AR15 shooting at Westgate in Glendale
This is part of the video the shooter was sharing on social media while they carried it out. They ended the video before it looks like he's going to shoot someone, so it's pretty disturbing even if not very graphic.

Re: No Arizona 2A business thread?
Thanks for the recommendations guys, but this seems to be getting off-topic. I don't think the point of the post was to turn this thread into a random string of local vendors, but to discuss the possibility of getting something more structured and organized for future reference.

Re: No Arizona 2A business thread?
I think it sounds like a great idea, but it might be hard to keep all of that updated and organized in a forum. Not the best format if you ask me, but it's better than nothing. I agree that it could cut down on the clutter. Breaking things down in categories like manufacturers, ranges, finishes/coat...

I have an HK USP Compact in 9mm that I love. What price range are you thinking for your new acquisition?

Re: The Dump
We went to the north shooting area at Table Mesa since it's smaller and seemed more doable, and we got there at about 6am this morning. By about 6:30 we could hear people shooting at one of the south locations off the main road. At around 7:15, three cars rolled up and started setting up to shoot. I...

Re: The Dump
I'm heading out to Table Mesa tomorrow morning with my kids to try to clean up one of the shooting sites. I don't think we'll be able to haul out much trash on this run, but we'll try to at least pull all the large trash and appliances down to one pile at the bottom of the hill and to bag up most of...

Re: Everytown Press Release - Arizona
It seems like gun control issues haven't been pushed much in AZ compared to a lot of other states, but that's probably because we have such a deeply entrenched gun culture. Most people associate pro-gun with Republican/Libertarian, but so many Democrats that I know in AZ are deeply into guns as well...

Re: Athlon customer service
Great to know! I've never used Athlon, but I've heard good things. A lot of scope manufacturers these days offer a lifetime warranty, even extending past the original owner. Vortex, Burris and Leupold come to mind, but I doubt many of them are as fast as you experienced with Athlon.

Re: Best Gun Belt I’ve found
I’m in need of a good belt, I like both of these options. Thanks for posting. Honestly I’ve had cheap belts and you really do get what you pay for so yeah 75-100 bucks might feel like a lot but your going to get 2-3 times or more the life out of it compared to a cheap belt . My Bigfoot Tactical EDC...
